I welcome comments, suggestions, idea, tips — whatever you’ve got.

If you can read this incredibly home made captcha below, send something my way.

I don’t really write much anymore and I am not seeking to place advertising. Sometimes things get out of date; while I likely won’t delete those kinds of posts I will add a note or an update and link to a better resource.

Regarding my Moscow website: (deep breath) If you’re writing to complain about your property listings or photos being archived, just remember that it could be one of few documents in the future showing interiors and conditions. You will need to provide proof that you: Wrote the content describing the properties, took any photos* related to the listings, own the property or facilitated the sale. I’m happy to remove branding or re-arrange materials so listing or agent information does not appear. It is important to me to keep an account of our historic and interesting buildings, how they looked in the past and how they look now.

*Re: Apartment photos, asking tenants to take photos of their own apartments and using them for a listing doesn’t make those images belong to the property owner.

  1. just FYI:
Noticed that you have not changed your permalink structure from the default ofhttp://xxxx.xxx/?p=xxx
Google does not like to index sites that use the/?p=
once i changed mine from that i started getting alot more attention.
    reference this article:http://www.wordpressmax.com/customize-wordpress/c

    • Thanks for the suggestion, and for the link you provided. I had considered this in the past, but was worried about loosing my current Google searchers. Since there is a redirect plugin listed, I may make this change very soon.
      Thanks!

    • I’ve just been reminded why I never changed permalinks:
I tried to in the past, but then all my pages became inaccessible. I tried again today, and the same problem happened. I’ll be seeking assistance from the WordPress crew soon, I think.
