Ubuntu 9.10: Stable?

Okay, I got Ubuntu 9.10 working, and have started restoring my lost files.
After re-arranging my drive architecture 3 times and slowly moving files over, it’s all in place (for the most part).

The Verdict:

It’s kind of stable. I would definitely not run it on a production machine, or your grandma’s new computer yet. I do think it’s safe to test out and have a little fun with. For the most part, it’s the same as it was before. I do get quite a few program crashes, but it hasn’t stopped me from being able to work.

About Jesse Zylstra

Hey! My name is Jesse Zylstra, and I am the administrator of this website. I used to write about free software and programs, online web applications, and new technology -- especially open-source. Now I just write udder nonsense. I also play pipe organ, which I'm told is a fun and interesting fact about me. In the past, I studied network administration. Now I've been trying to pursue a real fake bachelors degree for the last, oh, 10 years or so.
